Gresham Animal Hospital_Tips For Pets To Get In The Fall Routine #2

Fall is almost here, which means the hustle and bustle that your pet had gotten used to over the summer, and all the attention during the day from summer break, will soon be over. Help your pet get used to the new fall schedule with these tips.

SPECIAL TOY
Save a special toy that your pet really loves and have your children give it to them just before they are ready to leave for school. Rubber Kongs or hard hollow bones can be stuffed with a little peanut butter or cream cheese and can even be frozen for a long lasting treat! Put it away again once the children come home so it remains the “special toy”.

Changing schedules can be stressful for your animals. Keep these things in mind this fall. Click on the links below for all the tips in this series.
